Fishing For Generations
Glooscap Seafood was founded in 2017 but the Mi'kmaw have been fishing around Nova Scotia for much longer. Glooscap Seafood is a 100% Indigenous community owned business that havests, processes and sells Atlantic Canadian seafood. We own our fishing vessels that catch lobster, tuna, and clams. We then process that seafood in our facility in Yarmouth. We control the entire process from catch to your plate.

From the Ocean to Your Plate
If it comes from the sea, we sell it! Our specialties are our lobster, clams and tuna. We catch, process and sell them. That means we control the entire supply chain for those three products.
